OPTIM-R is an optimum performance rigid vacuum insulation panel (VIP).
It has a declared thermal conductivity of just 0.007 W/mK, providing you with a better insulating performance than commonly used insulation materials.
What is a Vacuum Insulation Panel (VIP)?
OPTIM-R has a microporous core. The air is sucked out (evacuated) creating a vacuum and the core is encased and sealed in a thin, gas-tight envelope. This process gives an outstanding thermal conductivity and a thin solution.
