During the course of this presentation, we learn how modular buildings that are prefabricated offsite, such as SIP systems, can provide an energy efficient solution through low U-values, excellent airtightness and low thermal bridging. Part 1 of the CPD covers fire performance and how Kingspan TEK can support architects through the design process. Part 2 of the CPD goes beyond the classroom and onto a live construction site.
