Global Marketing Integrity manual
We maintain rigorous standards for all our product and company communications through our internal Marketing Integrity Manual. The manual has 13 clauses covering the people and processes involved in the creation of marketing materials.
Launched in 2021, the Marketing Integrity Manual covers every piece of marketing material, our datasheets, brochures or website content. The assets are controlled through a formal sign-off process, ensuring all certification and testing claims are properly substantiated. It also ensures product marketing information aligns with the tested and manufactured product.
The mandatory guidance applies to all divisions and territories within the Kingspan Group. The Manual ensures all information relating to our products is accurate, unambiguous, consistent and up to date.

The guidance is aligned with ISO 37301: 2021 Compliance Systems and scrutinised by external auditors when conducting site audits. Our marketing activity is also audited by the group compliance team at least every two years.
A critical aspect of complying with ISO 30301:2021 is ensuring that all employees attain the right level of product competency for their roles. Clause 2 of the Marketing Integrity Manual enforces this by making sure people have the appropriate competency level needed for their role. For example, a SKEB (Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Behaviours) level 3 is required to review, approve and publish content uploaded to website CMS. It takes a minimum of a year to reach this level with appropriate training and understand the performance of products, their applications and limitations.
Through adherence to these clauses, we are ensuring product information is clear, accessible, accurate, up to date and unambiguous.
